Welcome to St Marys Town Centre Management

The aim of St Marys Town Centre Management is to continue the growth and promotion of our town centre. Through this program the local government, business people and the community continue to work together to improve the physical, economic and social environment of our commercial district.

Planning, Organisation and Teamwork are the keys to success in St Marys Town Centre Management programme; they are its heart. Involvment and commitment from every source is essential, without participation there is no programme.

The St Marys Town Centre Committee was formed in October 1995 after an enthusiastic public meeting. Commencing with an interim committee to trial the programme, a Core Committee was developed. Dedicated to the success of the programme, the Core Committee of five members evolved to become the association of St Marys Town Centre Management Inc. The association's task was to develop, implement and monitor a business plan which outlined the aims and objectives of St Marys Town Centre, identifying the budget essential to achieving successful implementation.

When visiting St Marys, the continued success of the prgramme is apparent: St Marys town centre is a thriving business community.
