To set goals and objectives within the available resources.
To determine the scope of the St Marys Town Centre program.
To ensure a management team is in place to deliver the program.
To draw up an annual work plan and ensure programs are delivered within agreed timeframes.
To monitor, review and evaluate the effectiveness of the annual plan.
To act as the champion of the project, presenting the whole picture of the approach, ensuring understanding of the principles and processes of the St Marys Town Centre program.
To maintain open dialogue with the Council, community and all program matters.
To determine and secure continued funding for the implementation of the program and the objectives of the plan.
To liase with and support the Council where appropriate in any initiative that in may introduce.
To represent and be accountable to all stakeholders who have an interest in St Marys Town Centre.
